Terms of Service

In short: you own what you upload and what you make. Each edit costs credits, failed edits are refunded, subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you must follow our content rules: no NSFW, gore, hate, child-endangering, deepfake or infringing content.

Who we are and what this covers

Nano Banana 2.1 is an independent online photo editor available at nanobanana21.cc (the "Service"). These terms form an agreement between you and the team that operates the Service ("we", "our"). Signing up, or simply using the editor, means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

We are not connected to Google in any way. Google has not endorsed, sponsored or reviewed this Service. We access the Nano Banana 2.1 image model through a third-party API provider.

How the editor works

You upload one or more photos, write an instruction or pick a template, and an AI model returns a new image. Because the output is generated automatically, two runs of the same prompt can look different and a result will not always be what you had in mind. Think of every edit as a creative attempt, not a guaranteed outcome.

Your account

• An account is required to run edits. You can sign up with email or with Google.
• Keep your password safe. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.
• You need to be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for online services.
• One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to collect more free credits is not allowed.

Credits

Images created by free users who have never paid carry a small Nano Banana 2.1 mark and link. As soon as you buy a plan or a credit pack, the mark disappears from new images and from the images you made earlier.

Plans and automatic renewal

• Plans are charged up front, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Your plan's credits arrive every month. Yearly subscribers pay once a year but still receive credits month by month.
• Monthly plan credits expire at the end of that month. They don't roll over and are spent before any credit pack credits.
• Cancel anytime from Billing, which opens the Waffo customer portal. You keep your plan and remaining credits until the paid period ends; nothing renews after that.
• Upgrading charges the difference right away and adds the extra credits. Downgrading starts at your next renewal.
• If we change prices, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you beforehand.

Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by Waffo Pancake, our payment partner and Merchant of Record. Waffo is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, billing and applicable sales tax or VAT, and its own checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are listed in US dollars, and your bank may convert them to your local currency. You can manage subscriptions and request refunds in the Waffo customer portal, linked from your Billing page. Think a charge is wrong? Email support@nanobanana21.cc within 14 days and we will look into it. A refunded payment also removes the unused credits it granted. For a refunded yearly plan, remaining subscription credits are removed and no more monthly credits are issued for that year.

Content you upload and create

• The photos you upload and the images you generate belong to you.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. If other people are in a photo, you need their permission.
• You let us store and process your uploads and results solely to run the Service for you. We never use them to train AI models.
• Delete any edit from History whenever you want.

AI-generated content rules

Everything you create with Nano Banana 2.1 must follow our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which forms part of these terms. In particular, you must not upload, request or generate:

1. Sexual or NSFW content, including nudity, explicit imagery and "undressing" edits of real people.
2. Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, or content that glorifies or incites violence or self-harm.
3. Hate speech or harassment targeting people for who they are, or meant to bully or threaten someone.
4. Any content that endangers children. Sexualised depictions of minors (CSAM) of any kind, real or synthetic, are banned with zero tolerance and reported to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation that misrepresent a real person, spread misinformation, commit fraud, or forge identity documents.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement, including images you have no right to use and the removal of other people's watermarks.

Moderation. Prompts, uploads and results are screened by automated safety filters before and after generation; blocked requests produce no image and their credits are refunded. Our team reviews user reports and accounts that repeatedly trigger the filters.

Enforcement. Depending on severity we may remove content, send a warning, restrict editing, or permanently close the account without refunding remaining credits or fees. Illegal content is reported to law enforcement. You can appeal a decision within 30 days by writing to support@nanobanana21.cc with the subject "Appeal".

Reporting. To report content that breaks these rules, or misuse of your likeness or work, email support@nanobanana21.cc with the subject "Report" or use the contact form. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours.

Also, don't try to break, overload or scrape the Service, or bypass its safety filters.

No guarantees, limited liability

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". AI output can contain mistakes, odd details or artifacts, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. As far as the law allows, if something goes wrong our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as the product changes. For significant changes we will email you or post a notice on the site. If you keep using the Service after a change, the new terms apply.
